In this step, you check the coding of the wage types that are used to calculate the rental and overseas allowance for tax reporting.

The processing class for these wage types is 63. This processing class cumulates the corresponding rental and overseas allowance used in the IR56 tax reports.

Check that the coding of the listed wage types meets your organization's requirement. To make any changes to the processing class specifications of a wage type:

  1. Select a wage type and choose the Detail button on the taskbar.
  2. Specify a validity period.
  3. Change the specifications of the processing class for the wage type.
  4. Save your entries.
