OHAHMRA100 - Individual data (0513)

The infotype stores basic data other than data of materials provided to the eligible employees.

Data other than the parameters of materials provided to the employee (employee's size data, way of goods issue, way of cleaning) have to be recorded on a per employee basis; this infotype serves for this purpose. The working clothes package, the so-called basic dues, assigned to the employee, is primarily determined by his/her job. The system usually considers the items contained in this package when composing requests, and only these materials (or a part of them) can be issued to the employee. In certain cases, it might be necessary to provide materials not included in this package. In this case - for all relevant employees - the type of extra dues the employee is entitled to get has to be specified. It can be defined in this infotype as well.

The infotype carries out these tasks divided in two subtypes - in a grouping based on the character of data:

• The first subtype contains the basic data of working clothes recording assigned to the employee (subtype Individual data),
  

• The second subtype contains data on the quota of extra dues in addition to the basic dues (subtype Extra entitlements).

Different screens belong to the subtypes of the infotype. Feature P0513 also participates in displaying the screen belonging to a certain subtype.
