OHAHMRG000 - Assign material type and class to material group

In the working clothes records, materials are managed by material groups.

Materials can be grouped in MM table MARA (material master) according to

• Material type (MTART) and

• Material group (MATKL)

. This grouping also makes it possible to classify materials in different material groups for working clothes record.

In this step, in table Assign material type and class to material group (T5H3G), the above mentioned material characteristics have to be assigned in pairs to the appropriate material group codes; i.e. you have to define materials of what material classes and types can belong to a specific material group.
For example, if you press F4 when issuing a material, only materials belonging to the material group specified in the infotypes of the working clothes records will be displayed from the material master by using this grouping.
