OHAHREC200 - Additional personal data (0175)

In this infotype supplementary personal data that cannot be entered in standard infotypes can be stored. The infotype is not read by the payroll; it always has to exist, but only one can exist at a time. Some reports read the infotype and an error message might be returned if it is missing.

• Maiden forename

• Mother's name

• ID card number, validity

• Private passport number, validity

• Business passport number, validity
  These data are used by several reports. In case of non-Hungarian citizens, ID number of the tourist or business passport has to be entered as it is needed for the final tax settlement.
