To the report RPCBRKH0 - Hungary-specific payroll account the sample company form HK02 belongs.

When setting the form, observe the instructions below:

  • Header (T512P) data: The variables in header rows are identified by an ampersand (&) character and the variable code, e.g. &PNEV. Except for the lists, the substitution of a variable into a row will always begin in the position where "&" stands. A line may contain more than one variable, however, attention must be paid to providing sufficient space for displaying variable values; otherwise, the content of a variable may overwrite the subsequent text.
  • Wage type groups (T512P) data: The wage types included in the payroll account can be assigned to groups of arbitrary quantity and name.
  • Window identification (WINDO): window is empty

  • Group number (GRPPE): Wage type group code from 01

  • Code for text position number (KENNZ): Empty

  • Sequence number of continuation code (LFDNR): sequence number of continuation code

  • Text group name (GTEXT): max. 20 characters. The name of the wage type groups might take up several rows. For this, the sequence number can be specified in the field LFDNR.

  • Data of wage types (T512E): You can set the wage types to be displayed in the payroll account. Only those wage types have to be included in the table that have to appear on the payroll account. The group number enables the assigning of the wage type to a group while the sequence number shows the listing position of the specific wage type within the group. The Row type is a technical field that specifies the column of a wage type record from which you have to take the values: '01' = BETPE, '02' = ANZHL, '03' = BETRG
  • Wage type LGART Code of the wage type to be displayed

  • Table code (TABNA): table code for form control: Empty

  • Number (LFDNR): Empty

  • Group number (GRPPE): Wage type group code

  • Sequence number (SEQNO): Sequence number within wage type group

  • Row type (LTYPE): identification of the value to be displayed

Another way of including wage type is usage of so-called "wage type mask(s)". For a **CC mask - where CC are user-defined alphanumeric characters - a wage type group, a sequence number and a wage type category must be defined in the specific form in table T512E, just as for wage types. (T512E-GRPPE, SEQNO, LTYPE) When specifying such a mask, wage types in T512W that include the identification "CC" in their evaluation class 5 (characters 9 and 10 of field T512W-AKLAS) will be included in the wage type group specified for the mask in T512E to the place according to the sequence number and with the category defined. When specifying wage types by either of the methods, you have to make sure that no identical wage types are included in the same wage type group!!
