Employee's statistical data can be entered in this infotype. Mostly used by statistical reports, but other reports also determine from here whether the employee is a white-collar or a blue-collar worker, pensioner, part-time or full-time worker or included in the staff off the payroll.

  • FEOR no. stand. (FEOR number standard)
Here can be specified a four-character FEOR number (F4). According to the first digit of the FEOR number, 1 to 4 are white-collar and 5 to 9 are blue-collar workers.
  • FEOR number extension
The user can specify here an own four-character FEOR extension that can be customized (F4).
  • Cr.-sect. class (Cross-sectorial classification)
Here you can specify the employees' classification categories prescribed (F4).
  • Sector classification
The user can specify here own classification categories that can be customized (F4).
  • Statistical code
The statistical code of the employees (F4). The statistical code can be customized by the customer, but the following mandatory aspects have to be considered when setting up the coding. If the first position of the statistical code is 0 - 9 (numeric), the employee belongs to the staff-on-the-payroll by labour law and independently from the second position of the code, the employee is also included in the statistical staff-on-the-payroll.
If the first position of the statistical code is A - Z (alphanumeric), the employee does not belong to the staff on the payroll by labour law. In this case, the fact of belonging to the statistical staff-on-the-payroll depends on the second position of the code. If it is 1, the employee belongs to the statistical staff-on-the-payroll, and if it is 0, he/she does not.
Note: of course, when calculating the statistical staff-on-the-payroll you also consider, besides the ones above, whether the employee is on enduring absence.
  • Way of employment
The way of employment is another statistical grouping factor with the following possible values (F4):
  • T = Full-time

  • R = Part-time

  • D = Other not full-time (e.g.: outworker, apprentice paid as skilled worker, employed student)

  • N = Full-time pensioner

  • Y = Not full-time pensioner

  • E = Other, staff off the payroll

  • County code
The two-digit county codes issued by KSH can be selected here (F4).
  • City code
The five-digit city codes issued by KSH can be selected here. (F4)
