OHAHSAE000 - Statistical code

The statistical code can be customized by the customer, but the following mandatory aspects have to be considered when setting up the coding.

• If the first position of the statistical code is 0 - 9 (numeric), the employee belongs to the staff-on-the-payroll by labour law and independently from the second position of the code, the employee is also included in the statistical staff-on-the-payroll.

• If the first position of the statistical code is A - Z (alphanumeric), the employee does not belong to the staff on the payroll by labour law. In this case, the fact of belonging to the statistical staff-on-the-payroll depends on the second position of the code,

• if it is 1, the employee belongs to the statistical staff-on-the-payroll, and

• if it is 0, he/she does not.

Of course, when calculating the statistical staff-on-the-payroll you also consider, besides the ones above, whether the employee is on long-term absence.
