SAP E-Book

This infotype can be used for recording data during the year-end tax final settlement that could not be posted during the fiscal year (e.g. because they were not known yet or there was no opportunity to record them). Furthermore, with this infotype you can directly correct data in the reports of the tax final settlement, as well as record payments to private persons not kept on record in SAP HR (those for whom the tax final settlement is prepared on this basis).

Normally, you can specify on the second screen of table Wage and salary items (T511) (serving actually to maintain table Wage item validity by infotype (T512Z) on which infotype a wage type should be displayed.

In the case of infotype 0307, you should specify this differently. Data entered on the second screen of table T511 will not be used during the operation of infotype 0307.

In the case of infotype 0307, table Display wage types and their validity in infotypes (T5H2Z) is used to define in which subtype of the infotype and in what particular relative order a given wage type should be displayed.

Wage types can be organized in an arbitrary sequence within a subtype of an infotype via table T5H2Z. Wage types will be displayed in the relative order defined by their sequence number within the given subtype on the Change/Display screen of the infotype. Be careful that field subtype is character-based, thus, the code specified here has to exactly match the code of the entered subtype (as an example ‘1 ‘ is not the same as ‘ 1’ or ‘0001’). When defining validity dates, you should be careful not to assign a wage type to the given infotype on the specified date more than once.

  • '1 ': Wage types included in the M29/A form and related to tax allowance details should be posted here.
  • '2 ' and '3 ': Wage types that were not known during the year or somehow could not be posted should be entered here.
  • '20 ' and '21 ': Reserved for displaying data entered earlier.
  • <Other>. Correction data.

For technical reasons, the following restrictions must be taken into account when allowing posting wage types in the individual subtypes:

  • Amount: max. Can be posted for up to 40 wage types
  • Numeric value: max. Can be posted for up to 6 wage types
  • Text: max. Can be posted for up to 10 wage types

No text can be posted in correction subtypes. The infotype does not allow for recording a higher number of data in correction subtype(s) than stated above, and such attempts will be rejected with an error message.

The tax final settlement of private persons outside the SAP HR system and the correction of data in tax final settlement reports of the individual employees are possible through this subtype. Wage types posted in this subtype will be managed as differences: the value of the given wage types in the specified tax final settlement report will be modified – increased or decreased – by the value posted here.

  • Posting wage types
Initially, the correction subtype is empty, it does not have any wage type. Wage types to be posted should be entered in the field in the bottom left corner. When hitting ENTER, the description of the wage type as well as the entry fields amount and numeric value appear. By clicking the ADD button, the wage type is added to the wage types posted in the infotype. Values belonging to a wage type can be specified both in the list and before adding it to the list; however, if the wage type is already included in the list, it will be overwritten by the new value. If you want to correct a wage type that will be considered in the tax final settlement report in a wage type cumulatively, you should correct the cumulative wage type rather than the original wage type.
  • Delete wage types
When deleting, you should enter the wage type to be deleted from the wage type list in the bottom left corner, just like above. By clicking on the DELETE button, the specified wage type will be deleted from the list. If for a wage type, neither an amount nor a numeric value is specified, the given wage type will not be stored when saving and will be automatically deleted from the list.

The sample company settings of table T5H2Z are only delivered to client '000' by transport. This means that these settings have to be first transferred to the production client(s) of the customer.
