Report RPLKIAH0 - Data sheet of leaving persons can be used for the following tasks:

1. Generation of Data sheet of leaving persons when an employee leaves.
   
2. Posting data belonging to the previous employment relationship within a batch input session in infotype Previous tax data (0193) when re-entering. When an employee re-enters - if she/he had no other income from another employment between the last leaving and this re-entry - there is an option to enter the incomes up to re-entry in infotype Previous tax data (0193) automatically. This contains the incomes of the employee obtained up to his/her last leaving as well as all other incomes paid to him/her after leaving (e.g. passive sick pay).
   
3. Simulation. The report is able to generate this data sheet also for a user-defined simulation time instead of the date of leaving. It can also be used in the case when the employee has already left and (re-)entered several times in the given year; in this case, incomes obtained between the entry before the specified date and the specified date will be taken into account when generating the data sheet.
