In this step, the customer-specific SI absences can be created in table Absence and attendance type (T554S) based on the sample company absences.
The sample company has the following SI absences:
- Absences of own sick pay:
- 0301 Illness w/o certification
- 0721 Hospital care
- 0370 Non-hospital care
- 0372: Sanitary forbiddance
- 0373 Veterinary quarantine
- Absences of household allowance:
- 0374 Child care 1st child
- 0375 Child care 2nd child
- 0376 Child care 3rd child
- Absences of accident sick pay:
- 0701 Industrial accident
- 0702 Industrial accident cont.
- 0703 Underway accident
- 0704 Underway accident cont.
- 0705 Occupational disease
- 0706 Occupational dis. cont.
- Absence of maternity leave:
- 0399 Maternity leave
- Absence of GYYED:
- 0711 GYED with aut. evaluation
- Absence of GYYES:
- 0712 B.care all. with aut.eval
Transfer sample company absences from client 000Transfer, and copy them to customer-specific ones. Set the characteristics of the absences created like this based on the sample company absences.
