OHAHSVB600 - Assign absence codes to internal codes

In this step, the customer-specific codes of the absences included in Absence and attendance types (T554S) - primarily SI absences - are assigned to internal codes in table SI services reporting (T5H4J).

This step is required for the identification of SI absences. During the generation of the Hungarian personal calendar, the system decides whether the employee's absence is an SI absence and of what type it is based on this table.
Due to technical reasons, other absences (affecting the generation of the Hungarian personal calendar, but not SI-specific) have to be included here as well.

The program generating the Hungarian personal calendar (RPTGENH0) and certain SI-specific queries read the table content.

You can transfer sample company settings from client 000.

Execute the following steps:

1. Copy sample company entries from client 000.
2. Copy entries created like this in a way that you replace sample company absence codes included in the field AAType with the appropriate customer-specific absence codes. The meaning of absence codes can be found in field Explanation.
3. Delete the sample company entries.

As a result of the settings, the system specifies the meaning of each customer-specific absence code (AAType) from the content of the assigned fields Method and Proc. var.. The meaning of certain values of these latter codes is fixed; their value set can also be seen from the sample company. Codes with different values cannot be interpreted by the system.
