OHAHTDB000 - Assign time model class to shift type

Time model class can be linked with shift types by using the 2151C feature. This feature returns based
on the time model class selected from table Evaluation of time models (T551C) F, T, K or empty character.
- F: continuous work schedule
- T: multi-shift work schedule
- K: Two-shift work schedule
- Empty: Other work schedule
You have to set to which category a specific time model class belongs.
