OHAIACC40 - Create wage type catalog

In this step, by copying the SAP template wage types, the single wage types are created for the accrual provision calculation.

These copies represent the wage types which are used in the following processing and which can be adapted to the specific requirements.

Only the wage types foreseen for the accrual provision are indicated for the copy.

For the copied wage types use only the proposed name area (all the wage types begin with a number). Do not copy the wage types in the SAP template wage types area (all the wage types begin with a letter or with a special character).

Create the copy wage types for the accrual provision by

• copying the wage type catalog

• creating the prototype wage types.

It is possible to call more detailed information with reference to the copy in the maintenance view through Help -> Extended help.

• For information on the creation of specific customer wage types read the implementation guide of the application HR management in the chapter 'Payroll run data -> Wage type concept'.

• Consider that the template wage type copies, therefore the user-defined wage types, transfer both the features relevant to the online processing and the features relevant to the SAP template wage type calculation. In the following step it is possible to control, and eventually, to adapt the single wage type features with reference to the online processing.
