OHAIAPR19 - Define sickness treatment with grace period

This subnode is used to manage the sickness of the employees with grace period (eg.iron workers).

In order to manage the sickness personnel action it is necessary to know the situation of the last 3 years (for iron workers).

In the previous view the grace period length should be entered in month.

Delivered by SAP (for the iron workers).

Pay attention when changing the wage-type.

These wage-types are also considered as counters and changing them might cause a loss of data.
