OHAIAPR20 - Define sickness treatment charged to INPS

This step defines all significant information for sickness action processing, according to which INPS (Social Security) defines the reimbursement parameters.

Workers and employees assigned to trade are entitled to a daily sick pay up to:

• 50% of the total daily average remuneration for refundable days from 4th up to 20th sickness day;

• 66,66% of the total daily average remuneration from the 21st sickness day, if the same sickness lasts over 20 days.

• No reimbursement is paid in case the total number of sickness days exceeds 180 days within a calendar year.

Data concerning these items is displayed in a view that can be activated by clicking on each single item in INPS sickness treatment table.

1. Check if the entries supplied by SAP correspond to the regulations in force.
2. Adjust the existing entries or create new ones accordingly.
