OHAIDJS013 - Maintain Personnel Subareas for Jamasostek

In this step, you set up the company's organizational structure in line with the Jamsostek office groupings. This involves assigning the various personnel area and personnel subarea to the Jamsostek office groupings that you had defined previously.

The personnel area/subarea groupings define the company structure from the Jamsostek office's point of view.

A subsidiary of your company is organized as follows:

You must be familiar with the organizational structure of the company from both the company's point of view, as well as the Jamsostek office's point of view.

The standard system contains an example of the details you need to enter.

Use the sample personnel area/subarea groupings provided as a basis for customizing your company structure.

Create the organizational structure of the company by specifying the various personnel area and personnel subarea groupings, and assign them to the appropriate Jamsostek office groupings.
