OHAIDJS050 - Specify Company Type and NIK Number in BPJS Forms

In this Customizing activity, you specify the company type information in the Form 1a and the NIK number in all employment BPJS forms. You do this with the Determine Company Type and NIK Number in BPJS Forms (IDGOV) feature. The BPJS: Generation of Monthly Forms for Employment Insurance (HIDCBPJ0) report outputs the determined company type in the Form 1a and the NIK number from the specified subtype in all employment BPJS forms.

You specify the graphic names as feature return values based on fields in the Limited P0001 Structure for T549B(PME01) structure. Specify the return value in the format of a four-digit character string: <ABCC>:

• <A>
  This character determines the company type. If this character is the letter G, the Penyelenggara Negara checkbox in the Form 1a is selected. Otherwise, the checkbox is not selected.

• <B>
  This character can be any letter or number. It serves as a division between <A> and <CC>.

• <CC>
  These two characters represents a subtype of the Personal IDs (0185) infotype. The system retrieves the employee's NIK number from the specified subtype and displays the retrieved NIK number in the employment BPJS forms.
