OHAIEOXP00100 - Indicate Whether Absence Valuation Rule is Paid

In this IMG activity, you indicate whether the Absence Valuation Rule is paid or not.

If you are implementing OxP, it is mandatory that you maintain this view so that the PRSI calculation and stamp (week) allocation is correct.

To create an Absence Valuation Rule other than the ones already maintained in the standard system:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Enter Absence Valuation Rule grouping in Grpg field.
3. Enter Absence Valuation Rule number in Val. rule field.
4. Enter Absence Valuation Rule description in Description field.
5. Enter a start date for Absence Valuation Rule in Start Date field.
6. Enter an end date for Absence Valuation Rule in End Date field.
7. Select the Paidindicator if the Absence Valuation Rule is paid.
8. Save your entries.

PERFORM Short Reference   CPI1466 during Backup
