OHAIE_VHIS - Create Health Insurance Plans

In this step, you set up the VHI and BUPA group schemes.
Each plan must have a:
- Group number
- Start date
- End date
- Frequency at which funds are remitted to the VHI or BUPA
- Date ID (which determines the number of pay dates in the VHI year).
It is important to insert the correct end date for the plan because the end date is used to calculate the number of pay periods in the contribution year.
