OHAIFIN10 - Severance pay

The amount for severance indemnity allocated every month must be settled after employment termination; payment can be executed even after this personnel action.

In this step of the implementation guide you can define when severance indemnity payment must be carried out for employees who left.

By maintaining the indicator "Severance Indemnity provision" of the Infotype 0155 you determine when Severance Indemnity is to be settled.

If you click on the activity icon, the system displays the table T5ITF7, through which the wage types relevant to severance indemnity payment for employees who left are codified.

The relevant wage types must have been created in the previous step.

The SAP standard version contains some examples to be referred to.
