Define taxation formulas.

In the table connected to this stage it is necessary to define the taxation formula which will be subsequently linked to each provincial tax.

The formulas defined in this table are absolutely generic and independent from the specific functionality in exam. This means that the provincial taxes calculated with the same formula (taxation percentage) can have the same indicator defined here.
