OHAIT_APR68 - Three-day work permit a month which can be split in half days

Parents, relatives or trustees who take care of a seriously disabled child, who is older than three years old, are entitled to a paid permit corresponding to three days per month. This permit can be split in half days but it cannot be split into hours.

The disabled employees are entitled to three monthly permits which cannot be split.

Otherwise, they can select the daily permits corresponding to two-hour permits the setting of which can be carried out in the chapter two-hour permit per day

• An absence type has been defined for "Optional maternity extention" in the chapter Define absence indicators.

• The personnel subareas have been grouped so that a different processing of the absence/attendance can be carried out.

• Wage types have been created for the INPS (social security) allowance and for the days which are not reimbursed by INPS.

• Absence type:

0880 3dd/mm, > 3

0890 3dd/mm, employee

• Grouping of the personnel subareas for absences/attendances: 15

• Management type:

4: children older than 3 years old/ 3 days of permit

5: children older than 3 years old/ 6 half days of permit

6: employee/3 days of permit

1. Copy the examples with the management type 4, 5 and 6 and, if necessary, adapt it to the law in force.
