In this step a group of employees is identified according to the criteria defined by the user.

Define a group of employees belonging to a building site near Milan.

The EEF modifier must have been previously set in the table T001P.

Determine a group of employees in EEF and enter the features which will

enable the identification by the program.

The field 'province' has to be used only for bad weather EEF.
