OHAIT_DEC15 - Define settlement indicator

In table T5ITQT, according to the contract type and to the pay scale area, are defined the settlement indicators which contain the different indicators which specify the different settlement which the employees are entitled to.

The decontribution settlement indicator has been previously defined in table T5ITL5.
