This step is used to valuate contribution/exposure indicators by means of "rules".

To valuate a contribution indicator referring to an amount which can be related to male employees only or to part-time employees, you will have to valuate the condition table with an appropriate rule, whose name will be called in this field.

In this case the system will process the calculation rule or not, depending whether the rule expressed in the condition table is true or not.

In terms of indicator valuation, follow the indications given below:

You can have indicators that expose values derived from:

  • carry-forwards;

  • sums and/or deductions between WT amount (BETR), quantity (ANZHL) and number (PETPE) fields;

  • fixed text exposure (constants);

  • text value exposure, e.g. master type.

List of fixed values included in the table:

  • CID Employee number
  • RT% Result Table - percentage quantity with 2 decimals
  • CID SURN. Employee surname
  • CID NAME Employee name
  • CID GENDER Employee gender
  • CID TAX NO. Employee tax number
  • C. TAX NO. Employer's tax number/VAT registration number
  • COMPANY NAME Company name - employer/withholding agent
  • WA SIGNATURE Withholding agent signature
  • MONTH YEAR Processing month and year in a MM.YYYY format
  • PRINT DATE Print date in a DD.MM.YYYY format
  • BIRTH DD. Employee day of birth in a DD format
  • BIRTH MM. Employee month of birth in a MM format
  • BIRTH YY. Employee year of birth - last three characters (.YYY )
  • BIRTH PLACE Employee place of birth
  • BIRTH ST. Employee birth municipality or foreign state
  • BIRTH PR. Employee birth province (formerly car plate initials)
  • NOTES Description of exposure code
  • X CONSTANT Costant (X) - for 'strikethrough' values
  • OTHER TAX NO. Tax number of previous employer/other subjects
  • OTHER AM. Taxable amount of previous employer/other subjects
  • C. ADDR. Company code address (zip code, street, no.)
  • C. MUN. Company code municipality
  • C. PROV. Company code province
  • C. TEL. Company code telephone number
  • EXT. C. Extended company type description
  • REGION Infotype 0154 region field
  • HIR. DATE Employee hiring date
  • LEAV. DATE Employee termination date

For any type of code you can define data processing as follows:

  • TX Fixed text - description only (max 25 characters);
  • I5 Numeric (in Kilo), INPS (social security) rounding (Lit.500+ / 500-);
  • NM Mathematical rounding;
  • TC Column total amount per page.

Mathematical rounding consists of decimals checking and, if present, rounding to bigger unit if > 5 or to smaller unit if < 5.

The last attribute (TC) ensures that exposure codes available on the same page, with the same field type and belonging to the same section are added and that the resulting value is placed as indicated by the exposure code.

Values can be read by different types of system tables:

  • RT Result Table
  • CRT Cumulated Result Table
  • WPBP Work place / Basic pay - Split Table

plus a further logical table called URT, which indicates that the system will read the last RT valued from the launch date to 01.01. of the selection year.
