The setting of the report for filling in forms F24, CUD and 770 is carried out in this chapter.

It is a view cluster to which four activities are connected. Two of them are defined by the user:

  • Link indicators to wage types
  • Rounding indicator

As for form F24, section "Tax authorities", the F24 indicator no. 1668 is connected to wage types M714 and M7I4.

The activities "Create forms" and "Create section" are provided by SAP and cannot be modified.

For each section of F24, CUD and 770 forms it is necessary:

  1. to link the indicator (or the indicators) to one or more wage types, by highlighting a section on the initial screen (i.e. Tax authorities) and by clicking on the activity "Link indicator to wage types" on the "Navigation" window; a table will appear that allows for the execution of this activity;
  2. to define the rounding type; this activity is used for different sections of the three forms, for example for sections "Tax authorities", "INPS" (social security) and "Regions", since they are numerical values; repeat the same procedure by clicking on activity "Rounding indicator".

The + or - sign of the table that links indicators to wage types refers to the calculation type (addition or subtraction). Valid for all forms.

If there is a debit or credit wage type (column "Paid debit amounts" or "Compensated credit amounts" of F24 form), it results from the screen that opens by double clicking on a table item. Valid only for F24 form.

You can print the form with values in Euro are indicated with decimals (1 or 2 digits after comma, depending whether there has been a truncation or not). Valid only for F24 form.

Only by disabling all fields in the section "Result test" can you to trigger form print preview or print. Otherwise, the report will display the test results screen according to the chosen criteria.
