OHAJCL003 - Define Dependents’ Relationship with Employees

In this Customizing activity, you define the dependents' relationship with employees. When you run the Status Update for Nursing Leave Benefits Form (RPLNLBJ0) report to generate a nursing leave benefits form in PDF, the system checks the dependent for whom the employee has requested nursing leave. Based on the dependent and their defined relationship with employees, the report outputs the relationship information in the Relation with Applicant field of the leave benefits form.
You define the relationship as per subtypes of the Family Member/Dependents (0021) infotype. You select a subtype and assign a dependent's relationship (for example, parent) to the subtype.
You have entered the following in the Customizing table:

When you generate the nursing leave benefits form for the 12 Mother subtype of an employee, the report outputs Parent in the Relation with Applicant field.
