OHAJDF000 - Map Infotype Data to XML Data

In this Customizing activity, you map the data source of Personnel Tax Status JP(0145) infotype, Y.E.A. Data JP(0146) infotype, and Family JP(0148) infotype to the elements in XML files of Year-end Adjustment (YEA) declaration forms.

This Customizing activity is used in ESS YEA: Download Preset XML Data (RPLYDLJ0) report to update the values of specified elements in XML files. After you've defined the mapping relationship in this Customizing activity, the system will extract data of fields of infotypes to update the elements in the declaration forms after you've run the report RPLYDLJ0.

The data stored in this Customizing activity is grouped by the form types and can be defined on a yearly basis.

Note: Only the elements defined in this Customizing activity can be updated.

The employees have submitted declaration form data for the previous year. Alternatively, you've used the Upload XML Templates Customizing activity to upload the template of declaration forms for submission to employers.
