OHAJDF001 - Map XML Data to Infotype Data

In this Customizing activity, you map the source data in elements of XML data to their target fields in the following infotypes:

• Personnel Tax Status JP (0145) infotype

• Y.E.A. Data JP(0146) infotype

• Family JP(0148) infotype

This Customizing activity is used in ESS YEA: Form Data Update Infotype (RPLYULJ0) report to update the values of the specified fields in the above-mentioned infotypes. After you've defined the mapping relationship in this Customizing activity, the system will extract data of declaration forms to update the infotypes after you've run the report RPLYULJ0.

The data stored in this Customizing activity is grouped by the form types and can be defined on a yearly basis.

Note: Only the fields defined in this Customizing activity can be updated.

You've run the ESS YEA: Status Management (RPLYSLJ0) report to complete the review process for the declaration form data submitted from employee.
