OHAJEGOV001 - Define Legal Procedures

In this Customizing activity, you define the legal procedures which represents business scenarios such as applying for insurances and benefits. Each procedure also indicates the system processing steps required for the relevant legal forms.

The defined procedure is assigned to XML styles which is then used to generate XML data file for the relevant legal forms.

You can also define the procedures by uploading the them from a CSV file. You can do this with the e-GOV: Upload XML Specification from CSV (RPLUXDJ0) report.

Define a procedure ID and a description. The procedure ID is the 16-digit numeric string defined by e-GOV.
