OHAJEGOV002 - Define XML Styles for Forms

In this Customizing activity, you define the XML styles used to convert legal forms so that they could be consumed by and updated to e-GOV via APIs.

You can also define the XML styles by uploading the them from a CSV file. You can do this with the e-GOV: Upload XML Specification from CSV (RPLUXDJ0) report.

Proceed as follows:

1. Define an ID for the style.
2. Indicate the version number for this style with a two-digit number, for example, 01.
3. Assign a relevant legal procedure and then enter a description for the style.
