In this Customizing activity, you define the Kijun-gai date. When you specify the Kijun-gai working time, the system uses the Kijun-gai date to determine in which payroll period the remuneration for the specified working time is paid to the employee. You have the following options: the current payroll period or the next payroll period.
The meaning of the start date varies in terms of the time unit. For more information, see Kijun-gai date.
This date is only valid when the return value of the feature JKING is set to 3.
To enter a new date for Kijun-gai, proceed as follows:
- Choose New Entries.
- Select the payroll area.
- Enter the dates for the validity period.
- Enter the Kijun-gai date.
- Save your entries.
