In this Customizing activity, you specify the subtypes of an infotype for which you want the system to monitor the update information for the infotype such as create, change or delete.
Note: if the infotype has the subtypes, you must specify the subtypes in this activity. Otherwise, the system do not generate update log for the infotype.
You have defined the infotypes in Customizing activity Specify Infotypes to Monitor.
