OHAJRH007 - Determine Overtime Allowance Payment Time

In this step, you can determine when to pay the overtime allowance in the leaving month to the employee. This payment time can be different from the standard payroll settings.

Complete the following steps:

1. Define the payment time options according to your own requirements, or one of the following samples:

• You can pay in the payroll calculation for the leaving month

• You can pay, the overtime allowance for the leaving month as usual in the next payroll calculation run

1. Set the default payment time for the Overtime Pay field on the screen of the Leaving infotype (3203).
