Business Add-In (BAdI) Edit data records of GEPPEN form data file for SI office (PAYJP_RPCSHGJ0) is called from the report GEPPEN Form Data File for SI Office (RPCSHGJ0). With this BAdI, you can setdata to the following item which is not set by the report.

  • Remarks Column

It is technically possible to edit data not only in the item described above, but in all items in the data records. If you need to change data set by the report, you have to pay special caution not to create inappropriate application record.

The BAdI contains the method EDIT_RECORDS which is used to edit data records.

SAP provides a sample code of this method (IF_EX_PAYJP_RPCSHGJ0~EDIT_RECORDS), which will set data to the following item.

  • Remarks Column
    Remarks column will be filled in the cases below.
  • The amount for periods before the 1st SANTEI target month is paid retroactively during SANTEI target month;
    Text "Retroactive payment" and its amount for each month are set.

  • Wages are cut by strike during SANTEI target month;
    Text "Wage cut by strike" and its amount for each month are set.

Example:
An employee's wages are cut by 10000 yen in May due to strike.
