In this Customizing activitiy, you set up the Assign Employees to Employment Status (22BES) feature to enable the system to determine the employment status of employees when you run the Monthly Statement of Employee's Salary for Business Office Tax (HJPUBT_BOTAX) report.

The Monthly Statement of Employee's Salary for Business Office Tax(HJPUBT_BOTAX) report retrieves the employee's employment status information from this setting.
