If the settings in the previous step do not suffice to determine the union fee to be deducted, you can further refine the calculation patterns by modifying the rule in this step.

Here you can add checks to select (or exclude) target groups of employees, or even add, change, or enhance the basic calculation patterns.

  • You want employees who meet one of the following criteria to be exempted from the payment of the membership fee:
- Employees earning less than \100,000
- Employees with more than 15 absences
  • You want to add some calculation to the basic patterns

The rule is set up so that union fees are deducted according to three basic calculation patterns.
Each pattern is assigned to a formula identifier which uniquely identifies them.

For a description of these patterns refer to the explanation in the step Define membership fee calculation patterns.

  1. Copy the standard personnel calculation rule JUEV to the personnel calculation rule ZUEV.
  2. Change the standard sample patterns to meet your requirements.
  3. Change the call-up in schema JUNI from JUEV to ZUEV.

If you do not need to change the standard patterns, skip the aforementioned actions.
