OHAKREP440 - Assign wage type applications to report identifiers

Before you may perform this step, it is required that you have maintained all wage type applications and report identifiers that are used by your enterprise for reporting and statistical purposes. This maintenance occurs in the first and second steps of this section of the Payroll Canada IMG.

As delivered, the system assigns each standard wage type application to all appropriate standard report identifiers.

1. Execute this IMG step.
2. On the following screen, review the standard assignment of wage type applications to report identifiers.

• If the standard assignment allows each wage type application used in your enterprise to be used by every appropriate reporting utility, then exit this section of the IMG here.

• If your enterprise has created customer-specific or entirely new wage type applications or reporting utilities, then select New entries.

1. Within the left column of the subsequent screen, enter the four-character code of every new or customer-specific wage type application that your enterprise has created.
   
   For each wage type application entered, enter every appropriate reporting utility in the right column.
2. Within the right column of the subsequent screen, enter the four-character code of every new or customer-specific reporting utility that your enterprise has created.
   
   For each report identifier entered, enter every appropriate wage type application in the left column.
3. Once the assignment reflects each wage type application used in your enterprise and every appropriate report identifier (per application), save your entries, then exit this section of the IMG.
