OHAKRFOYE200 - Define Start Year for Printing in PDF Only

In this Customizing activity, you define the start year since which the year-end reports create forms in PDF only. You do this with the StatYr:Print Forms in PDF Only (PDFYR) constant. The relevant reports are as follows:

• Generating Receipt of Exempted and Deducted Income (HKRCYED0)

• The Payment Receipt of Withholding Income Tax (HKRCYEA0)

• The Separation Payment Tax Receipt (HKRSEPR0)

• Donation Expense Receipt and DME (HKRCDON0)

• Medical Expense Receipt and DME (HKRCMED0)

• The Payment List of Withholding Income Tax (HKRCYEG0)

• The Payment Certificate of Earned Income Tax (HKRCPTX0)

• Application for Credit Card and Other Expenses (HKRCCRE0)

The start year cannot be earlier than 2013. If you specify a year earlier than 2013, the system considers it as 2013 by default.

Note that from the specified year, these reports no longer create the forms in SAPscript.
