OHAKR_SP202 - Define Weighted Service Period

In this step, you determine the weighted service period based on the service period and the employee grouping.

In separation payment calculation, you use the periods by adding 6 months to the actual service period.

You must have set up the employee grouping for the weighted service period.

1. Determine proper arithmetic formula to meet your requirements.
2. Define the operator and value accordingly.
