In this step, you specify the time valuation rule to compute service period to be used in tax calculation for separation payment.

When you calculate tax for separation payment, you define a time valuation rule that calculates the service period including the period on leave. However, the rule for actual service period excludes the period on leave.

You have defined the time valuation rule for tax calculation of service period.

1. Check whether the standard settings meet your requirements.
2. If necessary, define a time valuation rule and assign it to the time valuation rule for tax calculation.
