OHAKR_YEA_ADDRS - Specify Retrieving Sequence for Address Information

In this Customizing activity, you specify the sequence with which the system retrieves address information from the subtypes of the Address (0006) infotype for the year-end adjustment formatting (ADDRS) feature to specify the sequence. The system displays the retrieved address in the forms created by the following reports:

• The payment receipt of withholding income tax (HKRCYEA0)

• Donation Expense Receipt and DME (HKRCDON0)

• The separation payment tax receipt (HKRCSEP0)

Specify the sequence under the YERK node with the technical names of the subtypes. If you define a sequence with multiple subtypes, use a slash (/) to divide two subtypes. You can enter as many subtypes as necessary, and the system reads the subtypes from left to right.

To retrieve the address information for the forms, the system first reads the subtype 3. If an employee does not have any record of the subtype 3, the system reads the address information from the subtype 2.
