OHAKVE114 - Define accrual year for vacation pay

In this step, you define the accrual years that will be applied to employees of your enterprise during vacation pay processing. To this end, you specify the start and end dates of each yearlong period during which vacation pay will accrue for each applicable employee grouping.

1. Execute this IMG step.
2. On the subsequent screen, review any vacation pay accrual years that may already have been defined in this view.
1. If this view already contains all appropriate accrual years, then exit this step and proceed to the next one.
2. If additional accrual years are required, then select New entries.
3. For each additional accrual year to be defined, enter the vacation pay accrual grouping, the calendar year, and the start and end dates of the corresponding accrual year.
   
   For example, if vacation pay for fiscal year 2002 accrues from July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003, then you would enter 2002, 01.07.2002, and 03.06.2003, respectively.
4. Save your entries, exit this step, then proceed to the next one.
