OHAKVE118 - Configure accrual types for automatic payout

Vacation pay should be paid out automatically whenever an employee transfers to a new vacation accrual method. In this step, you maintain entries which allow this automatic payout to take place.

For each employee subgrouping for which you have defined an accrual method in Configure vacation pay accrual and payout, enter the accrual type and its validity dates.

• The payroll component will read these entries when an employee transfers to a new subgrouping. The system can then determine what method to use to calculate the vacation payout, based on the employee's previous subgrouping, prior to the transfer.
