SAP E-Book

This step contains several activities which allow you to configure the Canada payroll driver to determine rates for workers' compensation premiums to be paid by the employer.

  1. Copy rule KMO1 to your name range for rules and set the value for KMODI 4 to reflect the applicable premium rate for each of your employee subgrouping - wage/time type combinations.
  2. In the second activity, update your version of schema KMO0 so that it calls the rule you created in the preceding activity. For example, change the name KMO1 to ZMO1 in line 30 of KMO0.
  3. In the third activity, maintain entries for the applicable WC premium rates for each of your employee subgroupings and provinces. Make sure to enter applicable validity periods for each entry.
