OHAKZ_EHR_005 - BAdI: Upload Legal Directories

The Business Add-In (BAdI) HRPADKZ_LOADER (in enhancement spot HRPADKZ_LOADER) is used in the Personnel Administration (Kazakhstan) (PA-PA-KZ) component.

You can use this BAdI to upload legal directories into system.

The default implementation uploads files from a local folder.

The BAdI contains the following method:

• GET_DATA - Receive data

To avoid unwanted side effects, SAP strongly recommends to carefully review filter conditions to avoid multiple instances of the BAdI being executed. You can use transaction SE18 (Business Add-Ins: Definitions) to test filter conditions if necessary.

The BAdI has the following default implementation:

• CL_HRPADKZ_IM_LOADER - Local upload. This implementation uses the frontend GUI to open the folder, which should contain XML (.xml) files containing legal directories. When the folder is selected, the loader starts to parse files to upload them into the system.
