OHAKZ_OFFCYCLE_0015 - Define Process for Employee Selection

In this Customizing activity, you define processes that the Selection Program for Vacation Calculation (HKZ_SELECT_PERNR_VACATION) and the Selection Program for Contract Termination Calculation (HKZ_SELECT_PERNR_STOP_LC) reports use to select employees for advance off-cycle payment runs.

The standard system contains the following selection processes:

• SLC1 - Employment contract termination

• VAC1 - Vacation

Adjust the model entries shipped as standard or create your own off-cycle process, for which you define selection rules.

You want to make an off-cycle payment to all employees who leave the company on the payment date.

To select this employee group for an off-cycle payment, you create a separate off-cycle process called Employment contract termination (SLC1).
