OHAKZ_OFFCYCLE_022 - Create Process Model for Contract Termination Calculation

In this Customizing activity, you check that the process model for calculating the pay of employees whose employment contract ends, SAPKZSC, meets the requirements of your business processes.

If required, you can, for example, adjust the selection program that the process model uses, RPUPAYKZ_SEL_OC_LEAVE_GPVAL, to meet any specific requirements.
The selection program select employees whose employment contract you terminate. The employees are entitled to receive any outstanding payments on their last day at your company.

The process model enables you to perform the necessary subsequent steps to pay employees, for example, running off-cycle payroll, preparing the remuneration statement, posting the payment to Financial Accounting and preparing Tax Statement print form.

You have gained an overview of whether subsequent processing in your enterprise differs to standard subsequent processing, which is covered by the SAP process model.

SAP provides its own process models as a model.

Copy an SAP process model that you require for your off-cycle activities and adapt it to the needs of your enterprise.

1. Enter the model identifier for the process model that you want to copy
2. Choose Copy
3. Enter the name of the new process model
4. Choose Change
5. Adapt the process model to the needs of your enterprise
6. Choose Activate

Make sure that your process model names are within the customer name range.
