OHAKZ_REP_FT2_009 - Set Up DAQ Subapplication

In this Customizing activity, you can find information about the DAQ subapplication T2.

The report for preparing Employee's Personal Card T2 (RPCPAYKZ_T2) uses this subapplication to fill out the fields in the form.

The subapplication T2 comprises the following sections:

• MAIN - Root section of the report with the personnel number and reporting period

• I - First section of the form, containing general information for an employee (for example, Last Name, First Name, Birth Date, Phone, Identification Number (IIN), and so on). Note: This section includes sections VI and VII.

• II - Second section of the form, containing Military Documents information for an employee, such as Military Group, Military Rank, Military Status, and so on.

• III - Third section of the form, containing Organizational Reassignments information, including position, salary and corresponding order information.

• IV - Fourth section of the form, containing Vacation information, including vacation type, period and corresponding order information.

• V - Fifth section of the form, containing Termination (leaving) information of an employee and other additional information.

• VI - Part of the first section of the form, containing Family Members information for an employee

• VII - Part of the first section of the form, containing Educational data for an employee, including educational level, specialty, qualification and diploma information
