OHALEP110 - Maintain EPF Statutory Rate

In this Customizing activity, you define the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) statutory rate for employees and employers provided by the Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) in Malaysia.

The EPF rate for employers varies according to the conditions whether the employee’s basic salary is less than RM 5000 and whether the employee’s age exceeds the retirement age.

You can maintain the payroll constants listed in this activity.

You can enter the values of these constants following the steps as below:

1. Check the SAP sample entries.
2. If the EPF statutory rate changes, you can follow the steps as follows to define your own EPF constant entries:
1. Select New entries.
2. Enter the constant name.
3. Enter the description for the constant.
4. Enter the validity period for the constant.
5. Enter the value of the constant.
3. Save your entries.
